User Agreement

This User Agreement is in effect between you (the “User”) and the Brentwood Newsletter website (the “Service”). The User agrees that use of the Service is at the User’s own risk. The User further agrees that the Service will in no way be held responsible for any harm, loss of property or any other damages that may occur to the User, or any other person, entity or organization (“Other Users”), as a result of User’s or Other Users’ using of the usables provided by the Service.
